1. Join a new church or other religious organization in order to anchor your life as you make your comeback. Start meditating every morning, visualizing yourself in a new and positive situation.
2. Write down a plan to change your life over the next 12 months by doing the one thing you love to do most. Find some new friends that appreciate you and can help you achieve your new goals.
3. Spend some time determining the one thing you love to do most. Dedicate your free time towards perfecting the one thing you love to do most and find a job in this area (even if you have to start at the bottom in order to get some experience).
